What services does your company provide?

We specialize in VIP Home Sleep Testing and Mobile Cardiac Telemetry services. Our process is turn-key: from referral to diagnosis, we handle everything, including insurance authorization, equipment delivery, three-night testing, board-certified interpretation, and follow-up care options.

Yes, we are contracted with most PPO plans including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Health Net. We’re also actively credentialing with Medicare, Medi-Cal, CenCal, and regional IPAs. We can also bill out-of-network with patient approval when needed.

We currently service Ventura County, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles. However, we’re equipped to expand coverage throughout California and into other states as demand grows.

We’ve been serving the community since 2010. With over a decade of experience, our infrastructure is well-established for high-volume testing and responsive patient care.

Both. We prioritize physician referrals but also accept self-referrals with physician oversight, especially for DOT-compliant or wellness screening purposes.

We use FDA-cleared, AASM-compliant equipment selected for accuracy, comfort, and ease of use:
Watermark Aries 620 – A Type III recorder offering advanced airflow, respiratory effort, and oxygen saturation tracking. Ideal for clinical-grade multi-channel home testing.
Viatom CheckMe O2 Max – A lightweight pulse oximeter ring with continuous SpO2, heart rate, and motion tracking. Excellent for screening and monitoring.
Oxyfit Tip – A compact oxygen monitor with fingertip placement, Bluetooth syncing, and real-time feedback. Great for basic overnight desaturation assessment.
Apnea Link Air (ResMed) – A trusted Type III system with automatic scoring, respiratory events tracking, and user-friendly setup for accurate diagnosis.
SleepImage Ring – A Type IV ring-based device using cardiopulmonary coupling for non-intrusive sleep analysis validated against PSG data.
All devices support 3-night continuous testing to enhance diagnostic accuracy, reduce variability, and minimize retesting. Our concierge support ensures each patient is properly guided for maximum compliance and result quality.

Results are typically available within 48–72 hours after equipment return. We also notify the referring provider once results are reviewed by our board-certified sleep physician.

Our compliance rate is over 95%, due to our personalized concierge service model, multi-lingual staff, and 24-hour patient contact within one business day of referral.

Yes. Once a diagnosis of sleep apnea is confirmed, we offer full DME coordination, including CPAP setups, education, and compliance monitoring. We also assist patients in locating in-network durable medical equipment providers if preferred.

Patients receive white-glove service: a welcome call within 24 hours, a detailed walkthrough, and either in-person or priority-shipped home sleep equipment. After testing, we follow up with results, next steps, and referrals as needed.

Our VIP model offers a concierge-level experience backed by high clinical standards. Unlike generic mail-order companies, we ensure direct patient contact, test quality control, and local support. Our results are faster, more reliable, and patient compliance is higher.

Absolutely. We accept referrals via EHR, encrypted email, or traditional fax. We send confirmation faxes and updates throughout the process and can customize reporting to your clinic’s workflow.
We use multi-night studies (3 nights vs. 1), monitor test quality daily, and our board-certified sleep physicians interpret results with clinical context. This reduces false negatives and improves diagnostic reliability compared to single-night testing.
We screen patients during intake and escalate complex cases for in-lab testing if necessary. However, many can be accommodated using WatchPAT ONE, which includes peripheral arterial tone and oxygen saturation metrics for more nuanced assessment.

Yes. Our in-house billing team handles all verifications and authorizations upfront. Your office will never be burdened with insurance follow-up—we take care of everything before testing begins.
