Reliable, Patient-Centered Sleep & Cardiac Diagnostics—Made Simple
Why Refer to Sleep Disorder Center?

Sleep Disorder Center delivers unmatched patient accessibility and comprehensive care compared to other sleep lab providers. We accommodate up to 500 patients per month, offer next-day appointments with no wait times, and prioritize in-person face-to-face appointments as our primary option. For patients with transportation barriers, we offer home shipping as a secondary solution.
We deliver Telemedicine Consults 5 days a week and ensure report turnaround within 4–5 business days, followed by a hands-on physician-led treatment review. We work closely with multiple local DME companies to coordinate timely therapy setup and stay engaged until patients have successfully started treatment.
As a full-service Sleep Management provider, we oversee the entire continuum of care—from testing to therapy and ongoing Aftercare support—ensuring long-term success. Our bilingual staff ensures every patient receives clear, culturally competent communication and support throughout their care journey.
What to Expect
At SleepDisorder.Center, we’re more than a sleep testing provider. We are your dedicated partner in full-service sleep and cardiac care—from initial screening to diagnosis, treatment, and long-term patient support. Our streamlined process helps reduce administrative burden on your office while ensuring your patients receive timely, high-quality care.

Referral + Authorization
We handle all submissions and tracking for both initial services and any follow-up services (e.g., CPAP supplies, Mobile Cardiac Telemetry), if required. Referring providers do not need to submit authorizations.
24-Hour Patient Contact
Our team contacts the patient within 24 hours to confirm details, review benefits, and schedule their appointment. We offer next-day in-office HST demo and setup as our primary method, or convenient home delivery with remote support if transportation is an issue.

Home Sleep Test Setup
Patients receive training and begin multi-night testing to ensure a natural sleep environment. Our devices detect both Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Central Sleep Apnea (CSA). No need for lab visits or overnight stays.
Built-In Cardiac Screening
HST devices monitor Heart Rate Variability (HRV). If cardiac risk is detected, we schedule Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) and handle necessary authorizations.

Finalized Report in 4–5 Business Days
Once the device is returned, data is uploaded the same day. Our Board-Certified Sleep Physician interprets the results and finalizes the report within 4–5 business days.
Physician Tele-Consult (Mon–Fri)
Our Medical Director holds virtual consultations to review findings, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on next steps or referrals (e.g., ENT, cardiology).

DME Facilitation & Setup
We coordinate CPAP/AutoPAP equipment delivery, setup, and training. If authorization is required, we take care of it.
Compliance Aftercare Program
Patients receive follow-up at 3, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days. Our team monitors PAP usage, addresses issues, and supports long-term adherence.

Results & Summary to Provider
Referring providers receive a complete packet including diagnostic reports, MCT findings (if applicable), treatment plan, and compliance updates via secure email, fax, or EMR.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How does Home Sleep Testing (HST) compare to in-lab sleep studies?
HST is convenient and conducted in the patient’s natural sleep environment—leading to more accurate and representative results. It eliminates the discomfort and sleep disruption often caused by in-lab settings. For the majority of suspected Obstructive Sleep Apnea cases, HST is clinically validated, patient-preferred, and equally effective. HST also allows for multi-night testing, improving diagnostic accuracy by capturing variability across multiple sleep cycles.
Q: Who qualifies for HST?
HST is appropriate for most adults with symptoms suggestive of sleep-disordered breathing, including loud snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, witnessed apneas, and unrefreshing sleep. If more complex sleep disorders are suspected an in-lab polysomnography can be arranged following HST as a secondary step.
Q: Is HST accurate?
Yes. Our advanced multi-night HST devices are clinically validated to detect both Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and Central Sleep Apnea (CSA). Studies have shown HST to be over 90% effective in accurately diagnosing OSA. By testing over multiple nights in a natural sleep setting, HST reduces false negatives caused by single-night variability and anxiety common in lab environments.
Q: How are patients titrated, and why choose AutoPAP over in-lab titration?
We start most patients on AutoPAP (APAP), a self-adjusting device that personalizes pressure all night long. AutoPAP lets therapy begin immediately, avoids an extra lab visit, and is non-invasive, cost-effective, and clinically proven as effective as traditional in-lab titration.
